Floricane is launching the second round of the Manager Development Program this September! Participants in the Manager Development Program will develop skills to build competence, confidence, and engagement in order to achieve business goals. Each participant will develop a detailed management plan focused on their management style and approach, the needs of their team, and clear business outcomes.
