Leaders learning from leaders
IT’S BACK. Floricane’s Leadership Circle is returning this spring, and we have some new faces in the mix. Our experienced coaches — Erin Correa, KC Long, and Erin Lingo — are bringing new ideas to our peer-based leadership sessions that will guide the participants' dialogue to explore issues impacting their teams, organizations, and communities. The Circle provides a space for mid-career and senior leaders -- who currently have a high level of influence in their organizations -- to process through their own opportunities and challenges as leaders, together.
Floricane’s new Leadership Circle offering starts in March. Participants can expect an environment that is both supportive and challenging, reflective and instructional. Over a four month period, participants will take part in:
FOUR monthly, TWO hour, FLORICANE-FACILITATED PEER GROUP sessions
FOUR OPTIONAL, ONE HOUR CASUAL COFFEE DISCUSSIONS WITH PEERS AND COACHES
TWO INDIVIDUAL COACHING SESSIONS
A 60-DAY CHECK-IN SESSION IN AUGUST
Participants can expect:
A maximum of 12 leaders per Circle
an individual insights® Discovery personal style profile
participation in an optional intro to the self-aware leader workshop
Each session kicks off with a leadership topic sourced from the participants
Sessions will be led by two of Floricane’s leadership coaches
What is the Leadership Circle?
The Leadership Circle is a facilitated learning and discovery space for mid-career and senior leaders -- experienced leaders who currently have a high level of influence in their organizations. Guided by Floricane's leadership coaches, participants meet monthly to explore a current topic in leadership, and to process through their own opportunities and challenges as leaders -- together. It is not a leadership development course for emerging leaders.
