Bon Secours Richmond Health System - Facilitated an extensive series of physician conversations in support of long-range planning for one of Bon Secours’ Richmond hospitals. Facilitated strategic conversations for teams responsible for Bon Secours' nationally recognized employee engagement efforts.
Children, Incorporated - Designed and am facilitating the global organization through a long-term strategic planning process focused on the redevelopment of their mission, vision and strategic direction.
Greater Richmond Chamber - Designed and facilitated a series of four-week workshops serving residents of Central Virginia impacted by corporate layoffs and downsizing.
Greater Fulton Community Visioning - Design and facilitate a community visioning and planning process with three neighborhoods in Richmond’s East End.
Historic Richmond Foundation - Designed and facilitated a strategic planning process to help the historical preservation organization develop a comprehensive and long-term strategic plan.
Leadership Metro Richmond - Partnered to design and facilitate several of the 2010 cohort sessions on diversity and regional cooperation.
Morton’s the Steakhouse - Facilitation of an ongoing series of public conversations focused on issues of concern to residents of Central Virginia, such as employment, non-profit giving, transportation and housing.
Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau - Designed and facilitated a series of community and technical discussions related to the design of a regional calendar serving more than 1,000 cultural and media organizations. Designed and delivered a series of small team and management retreats to help the organization’s 20+ employees better meet the needs of the Richmond region.
The James House - Facilitated a nine-month strategic planning process to help the non-profit map out an aggressive 10-year growth strategy in response to the expansion of the U.S. Army facility at Fort Lee and other regional growth trends. Currently supporting the implementation of the non-profit’s new strategic plan by providing project management assistance and executive team coaching services.
Valentine Richmond History Center - Designed and facilitated a strategic planning process to help the museum develop a comprehensive and long-term strategic plan.
Virginia Department of Housing & Community Development - Designed and facilitated a three-day strategic retreat for the staff of the Division of Community Development.
Virginia Historical Society - Facilitated a series of strategic conversations with the board of directors and staff of the statewide institution.
Virginia Poverty Law Center - Designed and delivered a retreat to help the organization’s employees map out a short-term strategic plan.
Virginia Society of CPAs - Designed and delivered a series of strategic management conversations and team dynamics workshops for the organization’s 30 employees.
Visual Arts Center of Richmond - Led a small team in the development of a proposed three-month program on creativity in the workplace to be offered to employees of Richmond-area corporations and non-profit organizations.
