Next Steps - Create Your Future

There is a purpose within each of us waiting to be discovered. Sometimes it emerges on its own and simply needs your trust to move forward. Sometimes life's surprising moments startle a sense of knowing from the shadows. Mostly, though, our best life is waiting for us to make the choice to dig deep to uncover it.

Co-facilitated by life coach Eleanor Rouse and Floricane's John Sarvay, Next Steps is a two-day workshop designed to help you identify that purpose and begin to generate your ideal future.

During the Next Steps workshop, you will focus on aligning the next chapter of your life or career with your personal values and vision. You will leave with greater clarity, a sense of possibility and a strategy for creating your best life.

Discovering and living into your ideal future is about more than putting words on paper. As you identify what is important to you, exploring that vision through conversation, practice, challenge and encouragement will help you to refine and polish each element.

A series of experiential in-class exercises, small group discussions and facilitated reflection will challenge you to think differently about whatyou want -- and what it will require of you to get there. Built around self-exploration and smart planning, Next Steps is a highly interactive space for you to freely explore options that best align with who you are and what matters most to you.

NEXT STEPS is designed to:

• Provide space for you to explore, discover and create a sense of your own "A" life -- a life aligned with your values, vision and best self.


• Help you identify and connect deeply with your core values and their unique meaning to you personally, as well as their best application in your life.


• Create opportunities for focused, meaningful conversations and relationship-building opportunities with others looking to broaden or redefine their own next steps.


• Introduce you to new tools and methods to help you identify and stay centered on what matters most in your life.


• Guide you through the development of an intial strategic framework to kick-start your journey.
