The Floricane Team is in search of a new addition! We're currently looking to hire a full-time Experience Coordinator who will take charge of all our event planning, office management, and administrative work. The deadline to apply is April 13, 2015. Instructions are posted below the job description. 

Experience Coordinator

Full-time, Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with a few exceptions for client meetings. 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all Floricane workshops and events, including the look-and-feel of events, as well as marketing, registration, and set-up

  • Ensure the Floricane space is sparkling, energetic and organized

  • Manage and update a variety of online resources, including the Floricane website, our client relationship database and digital files, and various social media accounts

  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including supply management, mailings and other client communications, and space coordination

  • Oversee the administration of our online assessment systems, such as Insights Discovery® and other tools

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1-3 years of work experience

  • Track record of strong people and relationship skills 

  • Project management skills including the ability to work on multiple projects, at times with tight deadlines

  • Must be organized and very detail-oriented

  • Ability to prioritize and work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to anticipate problems and resolve them with minimum supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including the ability to write client reports, newsletter articles, blog posts, social media posts and email blasts for marketing

  • Highly computer literate
