Taking time to reflect on ourselves is an investment we make far too infrequently. This series – four Wednesday evening sessions in January and February – provides the opportunity for personal reflection, serious discussion, and a small dose of (helpful!) discomfort. You’ll dig into a deeper understanding of your personality, your personal values, and the various aspects of your “best self.” You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of ways to challenge and stretch yourself personally, and with deeper clarity around steps you can take to live more fully into your life.
